【摘要】 随着经济社会的快速发展,人们法律意识的提高,民事诉讼已经成为维护合法权益和解决争议的重要手段之一。但近年来双方当事人借助诉讼这一合法形式谋取不正当利益的虚假诉讼现象也不断出现。虚假诉讼不仅严重侵害了利害关系人的合法权益,干扰了法院正常的司法秩序,浪费了宝贵的司法资源,更损害了司法权威和社会公平正义。本文就虚假诉讼的特点、危害、原因进行了探讨,并提出了完善的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of our society,people become aware of the law gradually.Civil action has become one of the most important ways to maintain our rights and solve the dispute.But in recent years,both parties use litigation to make unwarrantable profit,and illusive litigation come into being.Illusive litigation has not only infringed the rights of the people,but also disrupted the order of courts,wasted the valuable resources of elision,and undermined the authority of elision.In this paper,the characteristic,harm and reason of illusive litigation are discussed,and some perfect suggestions are put forward.更多还原
