【摘要】 拉美和加勒比国家在其优惠的外资政策和私有化改革的推动下,服务业获得了长足的发展,但是由于近年来金融危机的影响,相对于发达国家而言,其服务业的发展仍然呈现出一定的问题,受到了更多的冲击。本文通过对拉美国家服务业现状的分析,以及金融危机中拉美国家服务业的主要变化,提出拉美国家应通过鼓励社会多元投资和竞争、简化企业开办程序、吸引关键性人才创业与发展、鼓励创新和研发、培育本土国际性大企业以及加强监管等手段,遏制金融危机的负面作用,进一步恢复和提升服务业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thanks to privatization and the preferential treatment granted to foreign investment,the service industry in Latin America gained a rapid development in recent decades.However,it was still fragile compared to that of developed countries and inflicted a strong impact by the world financial crisis.The article points out that to counteract the financial crisis and upgrade the industry,the regional countries need to take measures to encourage diversified investment and competition,streamline business start-up procedures,promote innovation and R&D,develop their own MNC and strengthen the supervision and regulation.更多还原
