多普勒天气雷达综合防雷安全措施研究

【摘要】 为保证用于提升气象服务能力的新一代多普勒天气雷达安全可靠运行,其综合防雷十分重要。本文通过对雷达楼及其信息系统的防雷安全环境理论计算确定其防雷等级,雷达塔楼主体建筑按二类防雷建筑物设计,其信息处理、传输系统按信息系统雷击电磁脉冲防护分级划为A级。结合巴彦淖尔市雷达工程实例分析了当地的地理地质、气候环境和雷电活动规律,及根据被保护物的特点详细研究了防雷装置的形式,提出了多普勒天气雷达综合防雷保护体系;分别从雷达天线直击雷防护、侧击雷防护、等电位和屏蔽措施、接地装置、电源信号系统浪涌保护及生活附属设施防雷设计等方面进行了综合论述。工程经实践证明其防雷措施是行之有效的,这对新一代多普勒天气雷达安全运行具有较好的指导意义。

【Abstract】 To ensure the safe and reliable operation of Doppler weather radar,its comprehensive lightning-protection security technology is very important.Based on the lightning environmental assessment of radar to determine the protection level in this paper,the radar tower building was designed as class II lightning protection design building,their information processing,transmission system were designated as A-grade by electronic information systems lightning protection design code.With the Bayannur weather radar practical project as an example,the local geographical geology feature,climate environment and the thunderstorm characteristics of climate change and spatio-temporal distribution were studied.According to the characteristic of radar tower building and its information systems,the lightning protection device form was studied detailedly,and the comprehensive lightning-protection security technology systems of Doppler weather radar were theoretically studied.The radar antenna direct lightning stroke protection,sideswipe thunder protection,shielding and equal potential measure,earthing and electrical,power and telecommunication signal system over-voltage protection design elements were analyzed,and the lightning protection designs of life subsidiary facilities also were studied.The engineering practice proved the validity of these methods,the comprehensive lightning-protection engineering of Doppler weather radar showed that the design program is of significance to improving the safe and reliable operation of Doppler weather radar.
