熏硫药材中二氧化硫残留在中药提取过程中的溶出率研究

【摘要】 目的:研究熏硫药材中二氧化硫残留在中药提取过程中的溶出情况。方法:采用煎煮、回流、渗漉和浸渍工艺对熏硫药材进行提取得到浸膏后,参考中国药典2010年版一部附录IXU项下的二氧化硫残留量测定法,对浸膏中的二氧化硫残留量进行测定,计算溶出率。结果:四种提取工艺所得浸膏中二氧化硫残留的溶出率均不到30%,其中以浸渍溶出率最高,煎煮溶出率最低,不同浓度的醇提溶出率不同。结论:熏硫药材中二氧化硫残留在中药提取过程中溶出率比较低,且不同提取工艺和不同浓度的醇提对二氧化硫残留的溶出率也不同。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the influence of extraction technology on dissolution of SO2 residues in sulphur fuming medicinal herbs.Method:Extractum is extracted by water decoction,regurgitation,percolation and extraction.Then the sulfur dioxide residues in extractum were measured according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the dissolution rate was calculated.Result:The dissolution rates of sulfur dioxide were below 30% in four extractum.The highest dissolution rate was found in ethanol immersion,and the lowest in water decoction.Different dissolution rate was found for different alcohol concentrations.Conclusion:Low SO2 residues dissolution is found in extraction of sulphur fuming medicinal herbs.The extraction methods and alcohol concentrations will influence the dissolution rate.
