【摘要】 目的观察培美曲塞联合奈达铂方案治疗晚期复治乳腺癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法 12例晚期复治乳腺癌患者,接受培美曲塞500mg/m2,d1,奈达铂25mg/m2,d1～d3,3周重复,至少2个周期评价疗效。结果 12例患者的有效率(CR+PR)为33.3%,疾病控制率(CR+PR+SD)为75.0%。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、皮疹和胃肠道反应。结论培美曲塞联合奈达铂治疗晚期复治乳腺癌高效、低毒、可耐受,对蒽环类和紫杉类药失效者仍然有效,值得临床进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe short-term efficacy,toxicity and side effects of pemetrexed-nedaplatin combination in the treatment of re-treated advanced breast cancer.Methods Twelve patients of advanced breast cancer received retreatment with pemetrexed 500mg/m2 on day 1 and nedaplatin 25mg/m2 on day 1-3.The treatment was repeated every 3 weeks.All the patients had chemotherapy at least 2 cycles.The efficacy was evaluated according to RECIST 1.1 when the treatment was finished 2 weeks later.Results The overall response rate was 33.3%(CR+PR),the clinical beneficial response rate was 75.0%(CR+PR+SD).The main adverse reactions included myelosuppression,rash and gastrointestinal reaction.Conclusion Combination of pemetrexed and nedaplatin has several advantages in the treatment of re-treated advanced breast cancer including high efficiency,low toxicity and tolerable side effects.It was still effective when the patients failed to respond to anthracycline and taxoids.The combination of pemetrexed and nedaplatin deserves the clinical expansion and further exploration.更多还原
