【摘要】 目的初步探讨眼眶良性淋巴上皮病变的临床表现、诊断要点和治疗策略。方法回顾性分析烟台市烟台山医院眼科自2003年1月至2009年6月收治的眼眶良性淋巴上皮病变21例。对患者的一般临床表现、CT特征以及治疗效果进行了分析。结果 21例眼眶良性淋巴上皮病变患者中以女性、双眼发病者居多,表现为泪腺区持续性、对称性、无痛性肿大,少数伴有口干,伴有不同程度的唾液腺肿大;CT检查均表现为泪腺区边界清楚的均一性密度增高影。21例患者中17例患者接受糖皮质激素冲击治疗1或2个疗程,症状、体征明显减轻;4例患者对激素冲击治疗效果不明显。结论眼眶良性淋巴上皮病变以临床诊断为主;多数眼眶良性淋巴上皮病变患者对糖皮质激素治疗敏感,首次治疗时可行糖皮质激素冲击治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To primarily investigate the clinical manifestations,diagnostic points and treatment strategy of orbital benign lymphoepithelial lesion. Methods Retrospetive study. Clinical manifestations,CT scanning and treatment results were analysed on 21 patients who were diagnosed as orbital benign lymphoepithelial lesion in Yantaishan Hospital from January 2003 to June 2009. Results Most patients were females with the appearance of bilateral symmetrical painless enlargement of lacrimal glands. Clearly margined and increased homogeneous-density mass in the lacrimal gland area was showed on CT. 17 patients were sensitive to the glucocorticoids and symptoms and signs of them were apparently improved after 1 or 2 courses of therapy whereas 4 patients were not sensitive. Conclusion The diagnosis of benign lymphoepithelial lesion is mainly based on clinical manifestations and CT scanning because the pathological diagnosis is not specific. Most patients were sensitive to the glucocorticoids treatment.更多还原
