【摘要】 目的了解睑缘炎患者人体蠕形螨的感染情况,以及眼部蠕形螨感染与干眼发生存在的相关性。方法收集眼科门诊睑缘炎患者及其他伴眼痒症状眼疾患者,拔取受检者眼部睫毛,进行蠕形螨检查。同时进行干眼三项试验(Schirmer试验,泪膜破裂时间,角膜荧光染色)。结果共收集满足条件患者156例,其中91例为睑缘炎患者,65例为非睑缘炎患者。91例睑缘炎患者中82例(90%)蠕形螨感染阳性,65例非睑缘炎患者中,21例(32.3%)蠕形螨感染阳性,两组间蠕形螨感染率差异有统计学意义。且在82例蠕形螨感染的睑缘炎患者中,同时伴有干眼症患者为72.2%(59例),21例蠕形螨感染的非睑缘炎患者中,同时伴有干眼症患者为14.3%(3例)。两组间干眼发生率存在统计学差异。结论睑缘炎患者蠕形螨感染率明显增高,蠕形螨感染可能是顽固性睑缘炎致病原因,且引发干眼发生几率增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence of Demodex folliculorum(DF) in blepharitis patients.To find the relationship between the presence of DF and Dry eye.Methods This retrospecctive study compromised patients with blepharitis and with itching symptom except blepharitis.Eyelash samples were collected from each patient and examined under the light microscope.At the same time,the three experiments were carried on,including Schirmer test,tear film break up time(BUT),filuorescein staining(FL).Results 156 patients were collected in this study,including 91 patients with blepharitis and 65patients with itching symptom except blepharitis.DF was found in 82 patients(90%) with blepharitis and in 21 patients(32.3%) of non-blepharitis group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Besides,in the patients with blepharitis coexisting DF infection,59 patients(72.2%) had dry eye.In non-blepharitis group coexsting DF infection,3 patients(14.3%) had dry eye.The difference with dry eye between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion Our findings show a high DF prevalence in blepharitis patients and we presumed DF infection maybe one of the possible reason for the persistent blepharitis,and the increasing rate of dry eye.更多还原
