【摘要】 目的探讨小梁切除术中生物羊膜填充对滤过泡及眼压的影响。方法对我科2009年5月至2010年5月10例(10只眼)小梁切除术中填充生物羊膜患者的术后视力、眼压、滤过泡进行临床观察。结果术后第1、3、6天,第2、4周,第3、6个月及1年的眼压均小于21mmHg,术后第3、6个月复查,均为弥漫扁平型渗过泡。结论小梁切除术中生物羊膜填充能有效的控制滤过泡的瘢痕化,使术后眼压保持正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect ofintraocular pressure(IOP) and filtering bleb after trabeculectomy with amniotic membrane filling.Methods Trabeculectomy with amniotic membrane filling was performed in 10 patients on our department from May 2009 to May 2010,then we clinically observed postoperative visual acuity,intraocular pressure(IOP) and filtering bleb.Results Postoperative intraocular pressure were less than 21 mm Hg at various times next year.Conclusion Trabeculectomy with amniotic membrane filling can control bleb scarring and maintain normal postoperative intraocular pressure.更多还原
