【摘要】 目的利用前节相干光断层扫描(OCT)对激光周边虹膜切开术(LPI)手术前后的前房角变化进行研究。方法 32例(34只眼)接受LPI治疗后分别在手术前及手术后1周检查前节OCT,测量房角开放距离(AOD)、小梁虹膜空间面积(TISA)、巩膜突与虹膜的夹角,部分眼睛同时检查了超声生物显微镜(UBM)。结果 OCT检查可以发现LPI术后的房角变宽,AOD、TISA、巩膜突与虹膜的夹角变大,但是UBM检查为非瞳孔阻滞型的OCT参数变化不明显。结论前节OCT有助于判断LPI手术的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate changes in anterior segment morphology by anterior segment optical coherence tomography(OCT)after laser peripheral iridotomy(LPI).Methods Thirty-four eyes of 32 patients were enrolled in the study.Angles were assessed by anterior segment OCT pre-and post-LPI.The angle opening distance(AOD),trabecular-iris space area(TISA),scleral spur-iris angle were compared pre-and post-LPI.Some eyes also were assessed with ultrasound biomicroscope(UBM).Results Imaging of anterior OCT manifested angles were wider after LPI.AOD at 500 microm and 750 microm,TISA at 500 microm and scleral spur-iris angle increased,but for the non-pupillary blocking eyes defined by UBM,all OCT parameters didn’t increas significantly post-LPI.Conclusion Changes in the anterior chamber angle morphology post-LPI can be evaluated by anterior segment OCT,we probably can determine which angles would benefit from LPI.更多还原
