【摘要】 目的探讨全视网膜光凝或全视网膜冷凝联合青光眼阀植入治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效。方法回顾性分析34例(34只眼)行全视网膜光凝或冷凝联合青光眼阀植入术治疗的新生血管青光眼病例资料。结果随访3～29个月,眼压控制良好、<21mmHg者19只眼;眼压控制一般但症状基本缓解(21～30mmHg)11只眼;眼压控制不佳,>30mmHg者4只眼。结论全视网膜光凝或冷凝联合青光眼阀植入术是治疗新生血管性青光眼的安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of panretinal photocoagulation(PRP) or panretinal cryocoagulation combined with Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation in treatment of neovascular glaucoma.Methods 34 patients with neovescular glaucoma treated by panretinopathy photocoagulation(PRP) or panretinal cryocoagulation combined with Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the follow-up about 3-29 months,In them,19 cases has achieved good effect for control of IOP,IOP <21 mm Hg; 11 patients’ IOP achieved the co mmon treatment effect,but the symptom has been relieved,IOP was controlled at 21~30 mm Hg; 4 patients’ IOP have not achieved the treatment effect,the control of IOP was not good,IOP>30 mm Hg.Conclusion Panretinal photocoagulation(PRP) or panretinal cryocoagulation combined with Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation against neovascular glaucoma is a safety and effective treatment.更多还原
