【摘要】 目的:分析胆囊结石合并胆总管结石微创手术的失败原因。方法:回顾分析2007年3月—2010年3月手术治疗136例患者胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者的临床资料,分为经胆囊管取胆总管结石术,十二指肠乳头切开术(EST)+腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC),腹腔镜胆总管探查术,其中需再手术处理或行传统手术的定义为手术失败。结果:经胆囊管取胆总管结石32例,失败3例;EST+LC61例,失败3例;腹腔镜胆总管探查术24例,失败1例。结论:选择合适的患者施行相应的手术是避免手术失败的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyse the cause of failure in the surgery of cholecystolithiasis combining choledocholithiasis.Methods: Retrospectively analyse the clinical materials of 136 cases of cholecystolithiasis combining choledocholithiasis between Mar.2007 and Mar.2010 in our hospital.All cases wered divides into transcystic lithotripsy in choledocholithiasis,EST+LC,the common bile duct exploration with laparoscope,of which with second surgery or the traditional surgery again are defined as the surgical failure.Results: 3 failures of 32 cases in transcystic common bile duct exploration,3 failures of 61 cases in EST+LC,1 failure 0f 24 cases in the common bile duct exploration with laparoscope.Conclusions: The key to avoid failure is to choose the right patients with the corresponding suegery.更多还原
