【摘要】 目的:探讨化学灼伤的现场急救、早期处理和治疗方法。方法:对328例化学灼伤住院病例临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:125例在伤后1周内行切削痂植皮或皮瓣移植手术。328例患者中,治愈319例,死亡9例,3例4只眼睛失明。结论:化学灼伤应重视现场洗消和早期急救处理,深度创面早期切削痂植皮或皮瓣移植可以减少吸收中毒及降低致残率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the spot rescue,early management and treatment of chemical burn.Methods: The clinical data of 328 patients with chemical burns were analyzed retrospectively.Results: One hundred twenty-five cases underwent early total or tangential excision,skin or skin flaps grafting in the first week postburn.Three hundred nineteen cases were cured while 9 died,and 3 cases suffered loss of vision in 4 eyes.Conclusion: Appropriate first aid which consists of spot lavage and immediate rescue should be emphasized.Eschar excision as early as possible and skin or skin flaps grafting could reduce the possibility of poisoning and disability.更多还原
