【摘要】 目的:以Th17细胞分泌的细胞因子白介素-17(IL-17)为研究对象,检测IL-17在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者中的表达及其与疾病活动指数的相关性,探讨Th17细胞在UC发病机制中的作用。方法:免疫组化方法对比溃疡性结肠炎患者病变部位结肠黏膜和对照组结肠黏膜IL-17表达,并将其与疾病活动指数进行相关性分析。酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测溃疡性结肠炎患者与对照组血清IL-17蛋白表达。结果:溃疡性结肠炎患者与对照组血清IL-17表达无差异(P>0.05);溃疡性结肠炎患者与对照组结肠黏膜IL-17表达有显著差异(P<0.05);轻度与中度UC患者相比IL-17表达有显著差异(P<0.05);中度与重度UC患者相比IL-17表达有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:IL-17在溃疡性结肠炎患者结肠黏膜中高表达,并与疾病活动指数呈正相关,局部阻断Th17细胞的分泌可能成为治疗UC的一种方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the expression of Th17 cell in ulcerative colitis(UC) and the relationship of the disease active indes(DAI).Methods: Expression of Th17 cell in intestinal mucosa of UC were compared to the normal intestinal mucosa by immunohistochemical staining,and then observing the relationship with DAI.Serum TH17 proteins were tested with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results: Serum Th17 were similar between UC patients and healthy people(P>0.05);Th17 in the intestinal mucosa were different in between(P<0.05);Th17 in the intestinal mucosa were different between mild UC and moderate UC(P<0.05);Th17 in the intestinal mucosa were similar between moderate UC and severe UC(P>0.05).Conclusions: Th17 cell in intestinal mucosa of UC were significantly higher than those in normal intestinal mucosa,and were positively related to DAI.更多还原
