【摘要】 目的:探讨胃萎宁胶囊对萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生抑癌基因蛋白表达的影响。方法:经胃镜下活检病理证实的萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生患者40例,服用胃萎宁胶囊,4粒,每日3次,治疗60d后,行电子胃镜复查,并用免疫组化法检测治疗前后胃粘膜抑癌基因蛋白第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶与张力蛋白同源物基因(PTEN)和p16的表达。结果:治疗后胃黏膜抑癌基因蛋白PTEN的表达上调(P<0.01),抑癌基因蛋白p16的表达无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:上调抑癌基因蛋白PTEN的表达可能是胃萎宁胶囊治疗萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生的部分机理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of weiweining capsule on antioncogene of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia.Methods: Fourty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia were given weiweining capsule(4 capsules three times day) for 60 days,then all patients were re-examined by the gastroscope.The expression of antioncogene phosphatase and tensin homologue deleted on chromosome ten(PTEN) was determined by the immunohistochemical method.Results: The expression of antioncogene PTEN was remarkably increased(P<0.01),while the antioncogene p16 was without significant change(P>0.05).Conclusions: It suggested that increased the expressions of antioncogene PTEN return the partial mechanism of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia by weiweining capsule.更多还原
