沂蒙山区居民土源性线虫感染的调查分析

【摘要】 目的了解沂蒙山区居民土源性线虫病感染情况。方法采用随机分层抽样的方法,连续5年对临沂市兰山区枣沟头镇集西村3周岁以上居民进行土源性线虫感染情况进行监测,并对5次调查结果进行比较。对2010年的土源性线虫感染监测结果进行性别、年龄、职业及文化程度分布分析。结果 2006~2010年总感染率依次为27.93%、18.48%、16.10%、11.31%、10.50%,呈逐年下降趋势(χ2=1368.47,P<0.01);主要虫种感染率下降幅度情况是:蛔虫以2008年下降幅度最大,为49.15%;鞭虫、蛲虫以2009年下降幅度最大,分别为36.88%及67.58%。钩虫感染不是本地区的主要感染虫种,感染的优势虫种出现由蛔虫让位于鞭虫的趋势。主要各种虫种感染率与文化程度有关(χ2=16.30,P<0.01),每年以文盲半文盲者感染率为最高,不同性别、年龄、职业者感染率比较无统计学意义;5年的土壤标本均未检测到蛔虫卵。结论沂蒙山区居民人群土源性线虫感染呈逐年快速下降态势,土源性线虫感染情况与文化程度密切相关,必须加强土源性线虫感染的查治和健康教育工作。

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the infection situation of soil-transmitted nematodes among the residents in Yimengshan Mountain Area.Methods The residents who were over 3 years old in Jixi village of Linyi city were surveyed in 5 consecutive years by random sampling method and to compare the results of the five surveys.The results of the surveys in 2010 were analysedin terms of the distributions of sex,age,occupation and educational background.Results The total infection rates from 2006 to 2010 were 27.93%,18.48%,16.10%,11.31% and 10.50% respectively,showing downward trend.The rate of the infection of ascaris decreased by 49.15%,most greatly in 2008.The rates of the infection of whipworm and pinworm decreased by 36.88% and 67.58% respectively,most greatly in 2009.Hookworm infection was not the region’s major pest species.The dominant insect species changed from ascaris to whipworm.The infections were mainly related to educational background(χ2=16.30,P<0.01).Most infections occurred in illiterate and semi-illiterate residents.No significant differences were found in terms of sex,age and occupation.Ascaris eggs were not detected in soil in the five years of surveys.Conclusion The infection of soil-transmitted nematodes among the residents in Yimengshan Mountain Area shows a rapid downward trend year by year.The soil-transmitted nematode infection is closely related to residents’educational level.Examinations,treatment and health education about soil-transmitted nematode infection should be strengthened.
