【摘要】 目的探讨腹部带蒂皮瓣修复手外伤患者术前存在的心理问题及相应的护理方法。方法采用自行设计的问卷对我院68例腹部带蒂皮瓣修复手外伤患者术前存在的心理问题进行调查分析,做出术前心理评估及采取相应的护理方法。结果施行对应心理护理后,术前存在的焦虑、恐惧、抑郁等心理问题明显改善,能积极配合麻醉和手术。结论术前评估患者存在的心理问题并施行相应的心理护理对麻醉和手术的顺利进行尤为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the preoperative psychological problems and the corresponding care of patients with pedicled abdominal flap repair for hand skin defect after traumatic injury.Methods The self-designed questionnaires were given to 68 cases of pedicled abdominal flap repair for patients with hand skin defect after traumatic injury to investigate the psychological problems,to make preoperative psychological assessment,and to take appropriate care.Results After psychological care,the preoperative anxiety,fear,depression and other psychological problems were relieved to achieve good anesthesia and surgery.Conclusion Preoperative assessment of the psychological problems and corresponding psychological care of patients can be performed for good anesthesia and surgery.更多还原
