【摘要】 目的讨论心理咨询及护理对保留盆腔自主神经的男性直肠癌患者术后性功能的影响。方法将患者随机分为两组,研究组行PANP手术同时予以心理咨询及护理干预,对照组单纯行PANP手术,对比两组患者术后性功能的情况。结果术后发生勃起功能障碍者研究组13例(17.8%),对照组23例(35.9%),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);术后出现射精功能障碍者研究组14例(19.2%),对照组24例(37.5%),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中、低位直肠癌患者行PANP手术后,予心理咨询及护理可降低术后性功能障碍的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effects of psychological counseling on postoperative sexual functions in patients who received low-position pelvic autonomic nerve preserving operation(PANP).Methods Patients were divided into two groups.The research group were treated with PANP and psychological counseling and the control group were only treated with PANP.Then,the sexual functions of the two groups were compared.Results Postoperative erection disorder occurred in 13 cases of the research group(17.8%)and 23 cases of the control group(35.9%),and there existed significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Postoperative ejaculation disorder occurred in 14 cases of the research group(19.2%)and 24 cases of the control group(37.5%),and there existed significant difference between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological counseling can abate the incidence of sexual disorder after low/middle-position pelvic autonomic nerve preserved operation.更多还原
