【摘要】 目的观察静脉输病毒灭活普通冰冻血浆对脑出血早期防治血肿扩大的疗效以及治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分变化情况。方法选择出血量小于30 mL的急性脑出血患者64例,随机分为两组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上早期应用病毒灭活普通冰冻血浆200 mL缓慢静脉滴注,隔日1次,连用5次,对照组采用常规治疗。于治疗24、72 h和1个月后分别复查头颅CT,并进行神经功能缺损程度评分及疗效判定。结果治疗组治疗24~72 h内发生早期血肿扩大率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月神经功能缺损程度显著低于对照组(P<0.01),临床疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期使用病毒灭活普通冰冻血浆可防治脑出血早期血肿扩大,提高疗效,且价格低廉,适于基层医院应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate theclinical effects of intravenous injection of ordinarily frozen virus inactivating plasma on hematoma enlargement in early cerebral hemorrhage,and to observe the changes of neurologic functional deficit scales before and after treatment.Methods 64 acute cerebral hemorrhage cases whose hemorrhagic volume was less than 30 mL were randomized into the treatment group and the control group.Intravenous injections of 200 ml of ordinarily frozen virus inactivating plasma once every two days as well as the routine medicine used in the control group were given to treat hematoma enlargement in early cerebral hemorrhage in the treatment group.CT reexamination was taken within 24 hours,72 hours and one month respectively.The effects of virus inactivating plasma which was applied to neurologic functional deficit scales were explored.Results The occurrence rate of early hematoma enlargement in the treatment group were significantly less than that in control group between 24 hours and 72 hours(P<0.05),and there was no obvious side effect during the course of the treatment.Neurologic functional deficit scales of those in treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after one month of therapy(P<0.01).Conclusion Early application of ordinarily frozen virus inactivating plasma can prevent hematoma enlargement in early cerebral hemorrhage.And for its cheap cost,it is suitable for primary hospitals.更多还原
