【摘要】 目的:探讨小剂量沙利度胺治疗特发性骨髓纤维化对外周血CD34+细胞的影响。方法:37例骨髓纤维化患者口服沙利度胺100mg/d,6个月为1个疗程,骨髓活检和流式细胞仪检测患者外周血CD34+细胞。结果:37例患者中有30例完成了6个月的疗程,治疗有效患者外周血CD34+细胞数量及占外周血比例明显降低。结论:沙利度胺治疗骨髓纤维化有可能作用于CD34+细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of low dose thalidomide on the peripheral blood CD34+ cells of patients with idiopathic myelofibrosis.Method:Thirty-seven patients with IMF received thalidomide at doses of 100 mg per day for 24 weeks.Peripheral-blood CD34+ cell counts were determined by flow cytometry and bone marrow biopsy was compared before and after treatment.Result:30 patients(81%)were able to continue treatment beyond 24 weeks.CD34+ cell level were significantly lower in both peripheral blood and bone marrow.Conclusion:Thalidomide may influence CD34+ cells in peripheral-blood.更多还原
