【摘要】 目的:探讨不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者的血浆脑钠肽(BNP)和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-9、MMP-2水平的变化及其临床意义。方法:分别采用化学发光法、ELISA法检测并比较UA组、稳定型心绞痛(SA)组、对照组患者,以及UA组不同Braunwald分级患者的血浆BNP、MMP-9和MMP-2的水平。结果:UA组血浆BNP、MMP-9和MMP-2的水平明显高于SA组、对照组(P<0.01);SA组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血浆BNP、MMP-9和MMP-2水平与Braunwald分级呈正相关。结论:血浆BNP、MMP-9和MMP-2水平与UA患者病情严重程度有一定相关性,检测上述指标对UA患者进行危险分层有一定临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical significance of the changes of plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),matrix metallopteinase-9(MMP-9)and matrix metallopteinase-2(MMP-2)in the patients with unstable angina(UA).Method:Forty-six patients with UA and 31 patients with stable angina(SA)were enrolled in this study.Plasma levels of BNP,MMP-9and MMP-2 were detected by the methods of chemoluminescence and ELISA,respectively.The relationship of plasma levels of above markers and Braunwald grade of UA were analyzed by SPSS.Result:Plasma levels of BNP,MMP-9,and MMP-2in the patients with UA were obviously higher than those in the patients with SA.Plasma levels of BNP,MMP-9,and MMP-2were positively correlated with Braunwald grade of UA.Conclusion:Plasma levels of BNP,MMP-9,and MMP-2are correlated with the severity of UA.Those markers may be helpful to the risk-stratification in the patients with UA.更多还原
