【Abstract】 MicroRNA(miRNAs) are small noncoding RNA with regulatory functions,which play an important role in several malignancies.Several studies have shown that miRNA can act either as tumor suppressors or as oncogenes,and that measurement of miRNA expression in malignancies may have diagnostic and prognostic implications.Recent studies showed that miRNA were able to inhibit proliferation,induce apoptosis,reduce migration and invasion capability,and down-regulate the expression of multiple target genes in glioblastoma cell lines.This article highlights a series of recent studies that prove the involvement of miRNA in glioblastoma.更多还原
