【摘要】 目的:探讨经单鼻孔蝶窦入路显微手术切除垂体瘤的技巧和疗效。方法:对2005年3月至2009年3月收治的71例垂体瘤患者采用显微镜下经单鼻孔蝶窦入路切除垂体瘤的临床资料及手术方法予以分析。结果:71例垂体瘤患者中58例(8 1.7%)全部切除,12例(16.9%)次全切除,1例(1.4%)大部分切除。无手术死亡病例。手术前PRL和GH水平升高患者,手术后激素水平均明显下降。结论:经单鼻孔蝶窦入路显微手术切除垂体瘤具有创伤小,手术时间短,并发症少,术后康复快,垂体功能保存率高等优点,是一种安全有效的切除垂体瘤的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the skill and effect of microsurgical removal of pituitary adenomas through unilateral endonasal transsphenoidal.Methods:71 patients with pituitary adenomas were undergone microsurgical operation through unilateral endonasal transsphenoidal.Results:58 patients were undergone totally resection, 12 were undergone subtotally resection,and 1 was most resection.There was no mortality in 71 patients.The hormone levels resumed to normality postoperatively.Conclusion:This microsurgical operation has merits such as minimal invasion,short operative time,few complications,fast rehabilitation postoperatively and good preservation of pituitary functions.It is a safe and effective approach in resecting pituitary adenomas.更多还原
