【摘要】 目的观察托吡酯(TPM)治疗儿童交替性偏瘫(AHC)的临床疗效。方法对氟桂利嗪等药物治疗无效的6例AHC患儿应用TPM治疗,观察TPM治疗后偏瘫及伴随的癫和偏头痛的发作频率、持续时间及严重程度的变化。结果 TPM治疗6个月后患儿偏瘫发作频率降低76.4%、持续时间减少80.2%,严重程度亦降低。癫发作频率和持续时间分别降低84.5%和75.5%,偏头痛发作频率和持续时间分别降低77.5%和76.4%。结论 TPM对氟桂利嗪等治疗无效AHC患儿具有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Topiramate (TPM) on treating alternating hemiplegia of childhood(AHC).Methods 6 AHC patients who had no response to Fluranizine,were administrated TPM treatment. The changes of seizure frequency,duration and severity of hemiplegia and incidental epilepsy and migraine were observed after TPM treatment.Results 6 months later by TPM treatment,the frequency and duration of hemiplegic attacks were reduced 76.4% and 80.2%,respectively; and the severity was also degrade. The frequency and duration of epileptic attacks were reduced 84.5% and 75.5%,respectively. The frequency and duration of migraine attacks were also reduced 77.5% and 76.4%,respectively.Conclusion TPM has good effects on AHC patients who had no response to Fluranizine.更多还原
