【摘要】 目的:分析接受A型肉毒毒素(保妥适^?)治疗皱眉纹患者的有效性,以及年龄、性别和皱纹程度对疗效的影响。方法:对170例尽力皱眉时皱眉纹的严重程度为中、重度的患者单次注射保妥适^?20U,在注射前,注射后7、30、60、90、120 d进行疗效评价。疗效评价指标包括研究者对患者尽力皱眉时和平静时皱眉纹的严重程度评分;患者对治疗后皱眉纹改善的总体评估;患者治疗后对自身年龄的评估。结果:20U的A型肉毒毒素注射治疗皱眉纹,注射后30 d,主要疗效标准有效率为94.12%,120d仍有52.94%的患者有效。影响疗效因素分析结果显示女性效果好于男性;平静状态时皱眉纹评分越低者效果越好;年龄对于疗效影响相对轻微;尽力皱眉状态下皱眉纹程度越重的患者可能注射后改善越明显,但中度患者在治疗后100%可以将皱眉纹程度改善到轻度或没有皱纹。结论:20 U的A型肉毒毒素注射治疗65岁以下中国人皱眉纹非常有效。男性患者可能需要酌情增加剂量:如果平静状态时皱眉纹评分为重度的患者建议联合其他治疗来提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To evaluate the efficacy of botulinum toxin type A (BoNTA) in the treatment of glabellar lines and the impact of age,gender and severity of wrinkles on the effect Methods:A total of 170 subjects received a single treatment of BoNTA (20 U) and were followed on 7,30,60,90 and 120 days after injection.Effective outcome measures included the investigator’ rating of wrinkle severity at maximum frown and rest and the subjects’global assessment and self-perception of age.Results:The primary time point was the investigator’ rating of glabellar line severity at maximum frown at day 30.The responder rate was 94.12% at day 30 and 52.94% at day 120.Assessment of impact factors showed that females had better result compared with male subjects.The subjects had milder wrinkle at rest response better to the treatment.Age of the subject had less impact on the result.The subjects had more severe wrinkle at maximum frown may improve more dramatically after the treatment,but 100% of the subjects with moderate wrinkle at maximum frown had no or mild wrinkle after the treatment.Conclusion:A single treatment with 20 U of BoNTA is effective in reducing glabellar lines in Chinese subjects aged less than 65.Male subjects may need a higher dosage.Combine with other therapy will increase the efficacy in subjects with severe glabellar lines at rest.更多还原
