【摘要】 报告1例有家族史的发疹型汗管瘤病例,对其皮损进行详尽描述,并通过组织病理检查证实临床诊断。还探讨了其遗传方式、对该家系进行调查分析。家系4代共22人,患病5例,男1例,女4例,每代均有发病,符合常染色体显性遗传。认为发疹型汗管瘤可能与遗传有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of eruptive syringoma which had a family history is reported. There was a detailed description of the patient and her daughter with skin lesions, and it was confirmed by histopathology. Also the mode of genetic was discussed and the pedigree was analyzed. There were 4 generations of 22 persons, 5 cases of illness, 1 cases of male, 4 female. Each generation had the disease that was consistent with autosomal dominant inheritance. It is considered that eruptive syringoma could be closely related to genetic.更多还原
