SLE患者血清氧化LDL水平检测分析

【摘要】 目的检测、分析SLE患者血清氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)水平。方法采用ELISA检测47例SLE患者和42例健康对照者血清ox-LDL,同时对受检者常规血脂水平进行测定。结果SLE患者ox-LDL水平显著高于对照组[(143.40±65.36)mg/L vs(65.77±26.19)mg/L,P<0.01],总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-胆固醇(LDL-C)和载脂蛋白B(apo B)等常规血脂水平也明显升高。以对照组ox-LDL水平的x-+s值为cut off值,SLE组37例高于此值(敏感性78.7%),健康对照组6例异常(特异性85.7%)。多因素分析显示,患者组ox-LDL水平与LDL-C显著正相关。结论SLE患者血清ox-LDL水平升高,检测ox-LDL水平有助于预测SLE患者As的发生风险。

【Abstract】 Objective To measure and analyze serum oxidized low density lipoprotein(ox-LDL) concentration in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) patients.Methods The concentrations of ox-LDL were studied in 47 SLE patients and 42 healthy controls with an ELISA assay and serum lipoproteins levels were also determined.Results Serum ox-LDL levels were significantly elevated in SLE patients compared with those in controls [(143.40 ± 65.36) mg/L vs(65.77 ± 26.19) mg/L,P<0.01].The concentrations of total cholesterol,triacyglycerols,LDL-cholesterol(LDL-C),and apolipoprotein B were also markedly higher in SLE than in controls.Thirty seven patients(sensitivity of 78%) were found to have elevated ox-LDL concentrations,whereas only 6 of 42 controls(specificity of 86%) had high ox-LDL levels.When multiple linear regression analysis was performed,LDL-C concentration was found to be the only variable showing a significant correlation with ox-LDL level in SLE group.Conclusions ox-LDL levels are significantly elevated in SLE patients,which is an important risk factor for predicting atherosclerosis in the patients.
