【摘要】 目的:比较文拉法辛与舍曲林治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将76例抑郁症患者随机分为文拉法辛组(38例)和舍曲林组(38例),疗程6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项(HAMD)评定疗效,治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定不良反应和安全性。结果:文拉法辛组治疗1周起效;疗程结束时,两组疗效和HAMD评分差异无显著性,不良反应少而轻。结论:文拉法辛与舍曲林治疗抑郁症疗效相似,文拉法辛起效较快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of venlafaxine and sertraline in the treatment of depression. Method:Seven-six patients with depression were randomly divided into venlafaxine group or sertraline group and then received treatments for 6 weeks.The efficacy was assessed using Hamilton rating scale for depression(HAMD) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS). Results:The venlafaxine group showed treatment effect at week 1.There were no significant differences in the efficacy and HAMD scores between two groups at the treatment end.The side effects of both groups were few and slight. Conclusion: Venlafaxine and sertraline are both effective in the treatment of depressive episode.Venlafaxine have earlier response.更多还原
