【摘要】 目的在《护理学基础》教学中,探索以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学效果,为改革教学方法提供依据。方法从本校三年制护理中专班随机抽取实验班46名和对照班47名护生。对照班采用传统的课堂讲授法教学,实验班结合讲授法精选部分章节采用PBL教学。结果《护理学基础》理论考核成绩及护生综合能力自我评价,实验班显著优于对照班(P<0.01);实验班84.78%～95.65%护生认为有利于拓宽知识面,提高对知识的理解应用,对信息的获取及加工等能力,82.60%护生喜欢PBL教学。结论《护理学基础》PBL教学能提高教学质量,有效培养护生综合能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of Problem Based Learning and provide the basis for the reform of teaching methods in teaching Fundamentals of Nursing.Methods 46 cases of nursing students in experimental class and 47 cases of nursing students in another class were randomly selected from Grade-2007 secondary student of Nursing School.The comparison classes used the traditional classroom method of teaching,comparing the experimental class taught in essence parts selected from sections of teaching using PBL.Results According to the theory examination results of "Fundamentals of Nursing" and self-evaluation of comprehensive abilities of nursing students,the experimental class was significantly better than another class for comparison(all P <0.01);About 84.78% ~ 95.65% of nursing students in the experimental class concluded that it can broaden their knowledge and improve the acquisition and processing capacities to understand the information and knowledge.About 82.60% of nursing students prefer PBL teaching.Conclusion Problem Based Learning can improve the teaching quality and train the comprehensive ability of nursing students effectively in "Fundamentals of Nursing".更多还原
