【摘要】 目的探讨改进访视管理在围手术期访视应用中的效果。方法通过培训有一定专业技能的手术室护士,掌握围手术期访视工作的知识和技能,并组织实施和督导。观察培训前后1年的访视人员、访视率、患者产生焦虑和抑郁、患者整体满意度等变化,并进行比较。结果能胜任访视工作的护士5人增加到26人;访视率显著提高(P<0.01);患者产生焦虑和抑郁明显降低(P<0.05);患者整体满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论改进访视管理在围手术期访视中的应用,效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of improvement of the interview management on the perioperative application.Methods Train some experienced nursers and make them to master the knowledge and skills of perioperative interview.Then,observe the changes of interview,percentage of interview,patients’ anxiety or depression and their satisfaction in one year.Results The number of the nurses who are competent for interview is 26 from 5.The percentage of interview are increasing vividly.Patients’ anxiety and depression reduces conspicuously,while satisfaction increases.All of the obvious difference has statistical sense.Conclusion The effect of improving the interview management on the perioperative application interview is good,and the posture of interview develops very well.更多还原
