髋动力带锁钢板治疗股骨转子部骨折
Treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures with internal fixation of anatomical dynamic hip lock plate
【摘要】 2007年5月~2009年11月我科采用髋动力带锁钢板治疗股骨转子部骨折21例,疗效满意。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组21例,男13例,女8例,年龄31~82(67±3.5)岁。骨折按照AO分型:A1型5侧,A2型10侧,A3型6侧,均为闭合型骨折。合并其它部位复合骨折4例,冠心病2例,高血压病5例,糖尿病1例。手术时间为伤后3~7d。1.2手术方法术前30min应用抗生素。硬膜外麻醉或全麻。在C臂X线机透视监控下对骨折进行闭合复位,复位满意后,经Watson-Jones切口,显露骨折处,探查骨折情况后进行复位,如遇分离的骨折块,先用钢丝或克氏针临时固定。复位满意后从大转子下方1cm处钻入1
