【摘要】 目的探讨急诊采用V-Y推进皮瓣术治疗手指末节软组织缺损的效果。方法对34例手指末节软组织缺损(缺损面积0.3 cm×0.9 cm～0.7 cm×1.2 cm)的患者急诊采用V-Y推进皮瓣术修复指残端。结果 34例均获随访,时间6～14个月。30例皮瓣完全成活,3例皮瓣边缘部分坏死,经换药后愈合,33例成活皮瓣感觉良好;1例出现皮瓣完全坏死,行末节截指治疗。1例服用阿司匹林后出现上消化道出血,保守治疗后痊愈,皮瓣成活。结论急诊V-Y推进皮瓣术治疗手指末节残端缺损,手术方法简单,疗效满意。既保留了患指的功能和外观,又节省了医疗费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the operative way and clinical outcome of emergency V-Y advancement flap on the treatment of the soft tissue loss of fingertip.Methods 34 patients underwent the operation of the V-Y advancement flap on the soft tissue loss of fingertip from 0.3 cm×0.9 cm to 0.7 cm×1.2 cm in the emergency department.Results After 6 to 14 months′ follow-up,the postoperative flap in 30 patients survived completely.The edge of flap in 3 patients suffered from partial necrosis and healed after dress changing.The sensitivity of surviving flap was good in 33 cases.The terminal part of finger was amputated because of the flap necrosis in one case.1 patient suffered from the upper intestinal tract bleeding after taking Aspirin,and was healed by the conservative treatment but the flap still survived.Conclusions It is easy and efficient to treat the soft tissue loss of fingertip through V-Y advancement flap.The outcome in the clinical to treat the soft tissue loss of fingertip is satisfied.It not only keeps the function and appearance of patients,but also save their medical cost.更多还原
