【摘要】 目的探讨微创短重建钉内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法采用闭合复位微创短重建钉内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折41例。结果41例均获得随访,时间8.6～14.2(10.3±2.0)个月。骨折愈合时间4.3～6.1(5.4±1.1)个月。39例术后功能恢复到骨折前水平,髋内翻畸形愈合2例,因内科疾病死亡2例。未发生拉力螺钉切割股骨头和退钉现象。结论微创短重建钉内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the clinic outcome of mini invasive treatment of gerontal intertrochanteric fracture with the short reconstructive intramedullary nail.Methods 41 cases of gerontal intertrochanteric fracture were reduced with closed reduction technique and fixed with short reconstructive intramedullary nail.Results The mean duration of follow up was 8.6～14.2(10.3±2.0)months.The average time of fracture healing was 4.3～6.1(5.4±1.1) months.The postoperative function was recovered to premorbid status in 39 cases.2 patients suffered varus deformity.2 died of internal medical diseases.No migration or cut-out of lag screw postoperatively occurred.Conclusions Short reconstructive intramedullary nail can fix gerontal intertrochanteric fracture safely by mini invasive technique.更多还原
