【摘要】 目的观察阿德福韦酯联合促肝细胞生长素治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎的疗效和安全性。方法 72例慢性重型乙型肝炎患者随机分为2组。对照组32例给予常规治疗;治疗组40例,在常规综合治疗的基础上,加用促肝细胞生长素加入到5%葡萄糖注射液250ml静滴,每日一次。阿德福韦酯10mg,每天一次口服。分别观察2组治疗前后肝功能和凝血酶原活动度(PTA)、血清HBVDNA水平变化及疗效情况。结果治疗组总有效率为85%,对照组为50.0%(P<0.01)。治疗后4周,与对照组相比,治疗组存活患者的总胆红素降低、PTA升高,血清HBVDNA水平降低具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。未发现明显的毒副作用。结论阿德福韦酯联合促肝细胞生长素治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎具有较好的疗效和安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observes the adefovir dipivoxil to press the liver cell growth hormone treatment chronic Type B heavy hepatitis jointly the curative effect and the security.Methods 72 example chronic Type B heavy hepatitis patient divides into 2 groups stochastically.The control group 32 examples give the conventional treatment;The treatment group 40 examples,in the conventional complex therapy’s foundation,add with press the liver cell growth hormone to join to 5% glucose inoculation fluid 250 ml static drop,daily one time.Adefovir dipivoxil 10 mg,daily oral administration.Observes 2 groups to treat the liver function around separately and the zymoplasm original activity(PTA),the blood serum HBV DNA level change and the curative effect situation.Results Treatment group total effectiveness is 85%,the control group is 50.0%(P <0.01).Treats the latter 4 weeks,compares with the control group,the treatment group survival patient’s total bilirubin reduces,the zymoplasm original activity(PTA) to elevate,the blood serum HBV DNA level reduces has statistics significance(P < 0.01).Discovery obvious poisonous side effect.Conclusion The adefovir dipivoxil presses the liver cell growth hormone treatment chronic Type B heavy hepatitis to have the good curative effect and the security jointly.更多还原
