【摘要】 目的研究苦参素在HVBM阳性肺结核患者化疗中对肝功能的保护作用。方法对82例HBVM阳性肺结核患者分成治疗组42例,在常规抗痨治疗的同时,给予苦参素胶囊200 mg,每日三次口服。对照组40例,只给予常规抗痨治疗。结果对照组肺结核患者在治疗2、4个月时肝功能异常率和治疗组相比有显著性差异。结论苦参素对HBVM阳性肺结核患者的肝功能有明显的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The protective effect of Sophora flavescens grain on HBVm positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods Eighty-two HBVm positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients were divided into two groups.The first group was treated with 200mg Sophora flavescens grain three times a day(n = 42) combined with routine anti-tuberculosis treat-ment,and the other group(n = 40) was treated with antituberculous treatment alone.Results There was a significant difference in the ratio of hepatic function abnormality between the two groups after treatment for 2 and 4 months.Conclu-sion Sophora flavescens grain has a protective effect on the hepatic function of HBVm positive pulmonary tuberculosis pa-tient.更多还原
