【摘要】 目的分析结核性脑膜炎的临床特点,以提高对结核性脑膜炎的诊治水平。方法对2005年1月至2009年6月我院收治的47例结核性脑膜炎病例进行总结分析。结果本组47例患者中临床治愈41例,好转5例,死亡1例。结论结核性脑膜炎的诊断手段较多,但缺乏特异性,早期诊断需综合临床表现、实验室检查及影像学检查结果。早期、联合、足量、长期、分阶段抗结核治疗是治愈结核性脑膜炎的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To invest theclinicalfeaturesoftuberculousmeningitisin ordertoimprovethediagnosticand therapylevel for tuberculous meningitis.Methods 47 cases with tuberculous meningitis in our hospital from January 2005 to June 2009 were analyzed.Results In the 47 cases,41 cases cured in clinical,5 cases improved,1 case was dead.Conclusion Diagnostic methods of tuberculous meningitis are numerous,but less characteristic.Early diagnosis should consider clinical manifestation,laboratory examination and image examination.Early,joint,adequate,long-term,phased anti-TB treatment is the key to cure TB meningitis.更多还原
