【摘要】 目的提高临床医生对肺放线菌病的认识。方法分析20例肺放线菌病的临床特点,并复习相关文献。结果 20例肺放线菌病均有咳嗽等症状。肺部影像学5例表现为肺部实质性肿块或球型病灶,8例伴有空洞形成,10例表现为肺部片状高密度阴影。青霉素效果较好,保守治疗无效行手术治疗也可取得良好效果。结论肺放线菌病缺乏特异性临床表现,肺部片状影/肿块影并空洞形成是其影像学特点,青霉素是主要治疗药物。在放线菌病的治疗中,外科占有重要地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To enhance the knowledge of pulmonary actinomycosis during clinical practice.Methods The clinical data of 20 patients with pulmonary actinomycosis were analyzed and related literatures were reviewed.Results All of the patients had productive cough.The radiographic picture included solid tumor mass(5/20),cavitary masses(8/20)and lamellar high-density shadow(10/20).The patients were good responsive to penicillin and surgery.Conclusion The clinical data of pulmonary actinomycosis are non-specific.Lamellar high-density shadow,solid tumor mass and cavitary masses are the predominant diological patterns.Penicillin is the most commonly used empirical treatment and surgery often takes an important possession.更多还原
