【摘要】 目的提高对肺泡蛋白沉积症(PAP)的早期诊断与治疗。方法介绍1例肺泡蛋白沉积症病例并复习文献。结果灌洗术后患者的临床症状、血气、胸部CT均有明显改善。结论PAP的主要临床症状为进行性呼吸困难、气促、咳嗽。HRCT表现具有相对特征性。支气管肺泡灌洗是目前唯一有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis(PAP)in clinic.Methods A case was reported and related literature was reviewed.Results The patients receiving bronchoalveoar lavage had significant improvement in clinical manifestation artery blood gas analysis and chest CT scan.Conclusion The chief clinical manifestation is progressive dyspnea,breath lessness and cough.The HRCT feature of PAP is relatively characteristic.So far,bronchoalveolar lavage is the only effective treatment method for PAP.更多还原
