【摘要】 目的:探讨广东地区汉族人鼻咽癌和DPB1-3’调控区的相关性,寻找易感基因类型。方法:对104例广东藉的汉族NPC患者和105例广东藉对照者进行HLA-DPB1基因调控区分型及比较。结果:鼻咽癌组DPB1位点3’调控区BB基因型、B单倍型等位基因分布频率、明显高于对照组。结论:DPB1位点3’调控区BB基因型、B单倍型等位基因可能与广东地区汉族人群鼻咽癌的发生有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To clarify the association between regulatory region of HLA-DPB1 (3’UTR) with Nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Guangdong Province Hans.Method:The allelictypes of HLA-DPB1-3’UTR were detected by sequence specific primer (SSP) in 104 patients with NPC and 105 control individuals from Guangdong Province Hans.Result:The frequencies of allelictypes B/B,haplotype B were higher in patients with NPC than those of the control individuals.Conclusion:Positive association may exist between certain HLA-DPB1 alleles and NPC in Guangdong Province Hans.更多还原
