鼾症儿童中OSAHS患儿的临床观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨鼾症儿童行PSG检查的必要性。方法:应用PSG对162例以打鼾为主诉的患儿进行夜间连续睡眠呼吸监测,以PSG的监测结果作为诊断依据,将患儿分成阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)组及原发性打鼾(PS)组。监测指标:AHI、鼾声指数、最低血氧饱和度(LSaO2)、SaO2<0.9的时间等,对各指标进行统计分析。结果:162例鼾症儿童中确诊为OSAHS150例(92.6%),PS者12例(7.4%)。两组患儿的年龄、性别比、体质指数(BMI)差异均无统计学意义,而两组患儿的AHI、鼾声指数、LSaO2、SaO2<0.9的时间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:打鼾儿童应及早行PSG检查,以便早期诊断及治疗OSAHS,避免OSAHS的并发症产生。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the necessity of monitoring polysomnography (PSG ) in snoring children.Method:The PSG were monitored in 162 children with snoring or apnea.Acording to results of PSG,162 cases were separated into two groups:group obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) and group primary snoring(PS),monitoring data including:apnea hypopnea index(AHI),snoring index(SI),lowest oxygen saturation(LSaO2) and time of SaO2<0.9,all data were undertaked statistical analysis. Result:In all 162 snoring cases,150 cases(92.6%) belong to group OSAHS,12 cases(7.4%) belong to group PS;Differences of data of age,sex and body mass index(BMI) are not significant but that of AHI,SI,LSaO2 and time of SaO2<0.9 are significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It’s necessary to monitor PSG in snoring children for early diagnosis and correct treatment to avoid disadvantage of OSAHS.
