【摘要】 目的以MR电影相位对比法测量为参照,分析经颅多普勒超声(TCD)在后循环缺血诊断中的作用。方法选取24例后循环缺血的患者,TCD及MR电影相位对比法分别测量椎动脉的流速。结果 TCD与MR两种技术所测得的椎动脉血流速度呈高度相关性(左侧r=0.885,P=0.015;右侧r=0.788,P=0.024)。结论 TCD检查可以作为后循环缺血的可靠诊断依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective With cine phase - contrast MR as a reference, to analyze the value of transcranial Doppler in diagnosis of posterior circulation ischemia ( PCI). Methods Twenty - four patients with posterior circulation ischemia were enrolled in this study, flow velocity of vertebral artery was measured by cine phase - contrast MR and TCD. Results There was good correlation of flow velocity of vertebral artery between cine phase - contrast MR and TCD measurement ( Lr = 0. 885 , P = 0.015; r =0. 788 ,P =0.024). Conclusion TCD is a reliable method for diagnosis of posterior circulation ischemia.更多还原
