【摘要】 目的探讨超声心动图对早期糖尿病心肌病变诊断的价值。方法 19只Wistar雄性大鼠分为对照组7只,糖尿病组12只,于糖尿病组大鼠模型建立第8周末检测两组大鼠心脏M型、彩色及频谱多普勒超声指标,观察糖尿病心肌病的早期心脏结构及功能改变,并取大鼠心肌进行病理检查。结果与对照组比较,糖尿病组大鼠心率增快,左室收缩末期容积、左室质量增加,E峰减速时间缩短,肺静脉血流反流速度增高,二尖瓣环舒张早期组织运动速度/舒张晚期组织运动速度减小,舒张早期左室内血流传播速度减慢,左室射血分数、短轴缩短率减低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声心动图检查能反映早期糖尿病变心肌病心脏结构和功能的变化,可以作为检测早期糖尿病心肌病变的主要辅助检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of echocardiography in diagnosis of early diabetic cardiomyopathy.Methods Seven as control group and 12 Wistar male rats as diabetic group were enrolled in this study.The parameters of cardiac M-mode ultrasound,color Doppler ultrasound,pulsed Doppler ultrasound in two groups were measured at the end of 8 weeks after diabetic model was established.The changes of left ventricular structure and function in early diabetic cardiomyopathy were observed.Then the rat hearts were stained by HE staining,and examined by microscopy.Results Compared with the control group,HR,LVESV,LVM and Ar increased in diabetic rats(P<0.05),and DCTE,Ea/Aa,Vp,EF and FS decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Echocardiography can reflect the changes of left ventricular structure and function in early diabetic cardiomyopathy,it is a useful method for diagnosis of early diabetic cardiomyopathy.更多还原
