【摘要】 超声造影用于肾脏疾病的诊断有较大的应用前景,如肾动脉狭窄的诊断,肾脏良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断,特别是囊肿与囊性肾癌的鉴别诊断,肾梗塞及肾损伤的诊断,肾移植术后并发症的诊断及肾实质血流灌注的评估等。本文就超声造影在肾脏疾病诊断中的应用进展作一综述,以期为临床诊断肾脏疾病提供帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Contrast - enhanced ultrasound is a prospective method in diagnosis of kidney disease. Its application includes the diagnosis of renal artery stenosis, renal infarction, renal trauma, the differentiation of renal tumors, especially for cysts and cystic renal carcinoma, and the evaluation of renal blood perfusion.
