【摘要】 目的探讨右心房转移性肿瘤的超声心动图特点。方法回顾性分析5例右心房转移性肿瘤的超声心动图资料。其中4例进行了手术、病理对照,1例进行了非手术临床随访。结果①4例为原发性肝癌右心房转移,1例为子宫平滑肌肉瘤转移至右心房。②5例右心房转移性肿瘤形态均不规则,弹性差,较大者在心脏收缩过程中挤压右房壁和房间隔致左右心房腔变形,且活动度小,与心脏活动不同步。③伴或不伴有心包积液。④4例合并下腔静脉受累,下腔静脉近心段内多同时存在肿瘤。结论右心房转移性肿瘤的超声心动图具有一定的特点。超声心动图可作为右心房转移性肿瘤的首选检查手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of right atrium metastatic tumors by echocardiography.Methods The sonograms of 5 cases with right atrium metastatic tumors were analyzed retrospectively,4 cases of them were confirmed by surgery and pathology,1 case was followed up without surgery.Results ① 4 cases of right atrium metastasis were primary hepatic carcinoma,and the last one was transferred from uterine leiomyosarcoma.② 5 sases of right atrium metastatic tumors were irregular and inelastic.Wall of right atrium or the interatrial septum were extruded by tumor in systole,and the movement of tumours was not synchronized with the cardiac motion.③ Pericardial effusion existed or not.④ Inferior vena cava was often involved simultaneously.Conclusion Right atrium metastatic tumors have some sonogram features.The echocardiography can be a preferred method in diagnosis of right atrium metastatic tumors.更多还原
