【摘要】 目的探讨超声定期追踪检查对胎儿脑室扩张的诊断价值。方法对我院产前系统超声检查发现脑室扩张的胎儿695例,采用超声定期追踪检查、最后确诊。结果695例胎儿经定期追踪检查发现:26例重度脑室扩张(脑积水)者无明显变化;脑室轻度扩张62例胎儿,其中50例逐渐缩小,3例迅速增长为脑积水,9例无明显变化。607例临界脑室扩张胎儿,2例增长为脑积水,其余605例无变化或逐渐缩小。结论超声定期追踪检查对胎儿脑积水的确诊具有重要的诊断价值及临床意义,但脑室轻度扩张病例还需产后进一步随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of regular follow-up with ultrasonography in fetal ventricular expansion.Methods Six hundred and ninety-fire fetus with cerebral ventricular expansion were found by prenatal system ultrasound,then regular follow-up was performed by ultrasound.Rusults In 695 fetus,26 cases of ventricular expansion(hydrocephalus) had no significant changes.In 62 cases with mild cerebral ventricular expansion,50 cases were shrinked,3 cases were increased rapidly to severe cerebral ventricular expansion,and 9 cases had no significant changes.In 607 fetus with critical cerebral ventricle expansion,including 2 cases of hydrocephalus,605 cases had no changes or were gradually shrinked.Conclusion Regular follow-up with ultrasonography has important value and clinical significance in diagnosis of fetal hydrocephalus,while the mild cerebral ventricular expansion need follow-up after parturition.更多还原
