ADS-5型大孔吸附树脂去除水中黄药的试验研究

【摘要】 为去除水中残留的选矿药剂黄药,经试验,采用非极性的大孔吸附树脂ADS-5,吸附效果好,树脂静态饱和吸附量为32.15mg/g湿树脂,动态饱和吸附量为37.62mg/g湿树脂,水中黄药的去除率可达98%以上。对该树脂吸附的相关机理进行了探讨,ADS-5树脂能够简便、高效地去除黄药,在多种基体的样品前处理中具有广泛的应用前景。

【Abstract】 In order to pursuit the removal of butyl xanthate,ADS-5 absorption resin is used for butyl xanthate absorption.The results show that the capacity of static saturation adsorption for butyl xanthate is 32.15mg/g(wet resin),and the dynamic saturation is 37.62mg/g(wet resin).In lab tests,the separation rate of butyl xanthate is about 98%.The paper primarily discusses the adsorptive mechanics of ADS-5 absorption resin for butyl xanthate.It shows that ADS-5 absorption resin can remove butyl xanthate efficiently and has application prospects wildly in various samples pre-treatment.
