【Abstract】 The regional coordination in the patent field has already become one of the main trends for strenghening the regional science and technology cooperation and for promoting the economic development in the 21st century.Intellectual property right offices from some countries,such as US,Japan,EU,China,and Republic of Korea,reach multi or bilateral cooperation agreements in the patent examination.Patent examination cooperation will play an important role for promoting economic and technological development across the Taiwan Strait under the more and more friendly social and political background.Both sides of Taiwan Strait can continually develop the patent examination cooperation.更多还原
