固定化细胞技术进行乳酸发酵生产的研究
Study on Lactic Acid Fermentation With Immobilized Cells
【摘要】 文章以乳酸菌为菌种,活化培养后固定于海藻酸钠、琼脂、明胶-戊二醛三种载体上,分别选取不同的接种量、胶珠直径、载体浓度、CaCl2浓度等因素设计单因素实验和正交实验,以36h为时间范围恒温下进行发酵;通过还原糖量和酸度的测定,衡量不同条件对乳酸产量的影响,最终选出最佳发酵工艺条件。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the strains of lactic acid bacteria was fixed in three carriers respectively after be activated,that is sodium alginate,agar,gelatin-glutaraldehyde. By selecting different inoculums size,diameter of plastic beads,carrier concentration,CaCl2 concentration,I done single factor experiments and orthogonal test in 36 h time frame for the fermentation to carried out under constant temperature; By mensurate the reducing sugar and LA degrees,we can determine the effects of fermentation in different conditions,and ultimately select the best conditions.
