【摘要】 我校已有两届留学生完成或即将完成临床实习,其中部分留学生是在中国完成的实习。期间,我校积累了宝贵的留学生临床带教经验,探索尝试并采用了"一加1+1"的临床带教模式,即在一名带教教师的指导下,1名留学生与1名七年制学生结对实习,相互学习、共同提高。经过两届学生的检验,效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two grades international students in Dalian Medical University have been completed or are nearing completion of clinical internship.Some of them finished internship in China.During the time,we explored the new approach of supervision,and try to use "One adds 1 plus 1",which one international student cooperates with one local student under the control from one supervisor.After exploration,it brings notable results.更多还原
