【摘要】 技术监测是综合应用信息技术与专家知识的科技管理方法。本研究对技术监测方法的现状进行了综述,分析了语义网络技术的发展趋势对技术监测活动的影响,提出基于语义网的技术监测可以解决目前技术监测中存在的问题,如人工干预、自然语言的干扰、学习和使用成本、系统和数据结果的通用性等。在此基础上,开发了基于开放式语义代理的技术监测系统,并将其应用于对清洁技术的监测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technology monitoring is a science and technology management method integrating information technology and expert knowledge.In this study we reviewed current technology monitoring methods,analyzed influence of the trend of the development of semantic web to technology monitoring activities and argued that the methods based on semantic web can improve the performances of technology monitoring systems by solving the problems in artificial intervention,native languages,costs and the reusability of system and data results.We then developed a technology monitoring system based on an open semantic proxy and applied the system in the field of clean technology monitoring.更多还原
