【摘要】 基于知识的视角构建了基于知识的动态能力理论体系,提出动态能力是企业获取、创造和整合知识资源以感知、应对、利用和开创市场变革的能力。在此基础上开发了涵盖知识获取、知识创造、知识整合三个构面、16个题项的动态能力测度量表,并对218份调查问卷运用信度分析、探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析的方法,理清了数据的基本结构,检验了该测度量表的合理性和有效性,从而为动态能力实证研究的进一步开展提供了借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study brings forward the concept and construct of knowledge-based dynamic capabilities by integrating knowledge-based view and dynamic capability researches.Knowledge-based dynamic capabilities are the abilities to acquire,generate and integrate knowledge to sence,match and even creat market change.Based on this we develope a measurement scale including three dimensions(knowledge acquisition,konwlege generation and knowledge integration) and 16 items.The validity of this construct was verified by explorative factor analysis and confirmative factor analysis with 218 questionnaires.更多还原
